Hi, I’m Khadijah

As a certified Mat Pilates and yoga instructor in Phoenix, AZ, I'm passionate about creating inclusive spaces where all bodies, shapes, and sizes are celebrated and welcomed.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Informatics, I bring a unique blend of science and mindfulness to help individuals experience both the physical and transformative emotional benefits of the practice.

I'm committed to fostering safe classes where students of all backgrounds and abilities can connect with breath, body, and mind through accessible movement. Every body deserves to feel supported and empowered on their wellness journey. When not teaching, you'll find me with family, traveling, or enjoying live performances.
